Shipping policy

* Orders placed on the weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. 

* Due to the high volume during the holidays and after promotions, please allow up to 6 business days for your order to arrive.

Order Processing, Cancelation & Changes:

All orders take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays, however during promotions orders may take an additional time to process. 

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be canceled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. Please see our refund page for more information.

US, US Territories, Alaska, and Hawaii Orders: 

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, UPS and USPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days) and Priority Mail Express (1-2 Business Days) are shipped via USPS. For Next Day Air, it is shipped via UPS. Note, Next Day Shipping Service requires a signature for release. Standard shipping options are delivered by USPS. 

Lash Behavior is not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged please contact LashBehavior.com within 10 days from the last scanned date. 

Undeliverable addresses include incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Lashbehavior.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; if any packages are returned due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to the sender. Lashbehavior.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.
