Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product, all products are final sale (non-refundable).
All products are thoroughly inspected prior to shipment. In the event that a product received is defective, we will exchange the product for the same style at no additional cost. We must be notified of the defective product within 5 days of receiving the product for an exchange. The defective product must be returned in original condition & packaging (unused with all seals intact), otherwise, the item will not be eligible for an exchange.
TO EXCHANGE YOUR PRODUCT, PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE AS OUTLINED BELOW:
- REQUEST FOR AN EXCHANGE
- Notify us of the defective product at orders@lashbehavior.com within 5 days.
- Your message should contain your order number, photos of the defective product, & the reason for exchange.
- All products must be returned unused & in its original packaging.
- SHIP THE PARCEL TO US
- Pack the product using a plain bubble envelope to prevent any damage during transit.
- Ship the parcel through your local post office. Do not use shipping carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or any other delivery service which will incur brokerage or C.O.D fees as we will decline them upon arrival.
- Lashbehavior.com is not liable for lost returns.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed. We will process your exchange after we have inspected the returned product(s).
